Job Description

We`re looking for confident drivers for a number of Yard Assistant positions in our busy automobile auctioneers. As Yard Assistant you be moving various vehicles around our large compound getting everything ready for our sales days.
We are a national leader in automobile auctions and we`re currently recruiting for our South London branch.
It will be your role to ensure the smooth running of the yard operation through timely vehicle movements and working within Auction processes and procedures, adhering to HSE requirements at all times.
You will be instructed by your line manager to move and drive vehicles that you are licensed to drive in order to arrange and support the organisation of the vehicles.
It`s up to you to make sure vehicles have the correct paperwork and are ready for sale.

We have a 40 hour a week role available working Monday to Friday with shift patterns varying between 7am-7pm so a degree of flexibility would be great.

The ideal candidate will be a confident driver and happy to drive a wide range of vehicles. We have a big team so being able to work well with others and follow instructions is crucial.
