Dual Registered Therapeutic Children`s Manager
Stoke on Trent
£36,000-£40,000

Are you a registered manager looking for a new challenge?

Then we have an amazing opportunity for you!

We are currently recruiting for a Registered children`s manager to join their team based in Stoke on Trent! You will be running two small services using your wealth of knowledge in the health and social care sector to run the day to day operations of the house, delivering high standards, achieving the highest level with a staff team with great values.

The hours in which you will work will be 9AM - 5PM and this will be on a Monday to Friday basis. Having a Registered Manager role means you will need to be available should you be needed in times of emergency and support and offer your knowledge, guidance and experience when needed

You must have experience of being registered under OFSTED within a children`s home and be able to drive, which you can, and are able to use for work purposes

Below are only a few exciting main duties you will cover on a day to day basis
" To provide vision and leadership to staff, ensuring that effective systems are in place for workload allocation and management, and the application of the company`s policies and procedures.
" Undertake other duties appropriate to the post and the needs of the organisation to develop and maintain quality service.
" To maximise the effectiveness of Staff through motivation, development and the application of personnel Policies.
" To actively strive to achieve the best outcomes for the Young People and achieve a positive Ofsted inspection of `Good` or above.
