They currently have a vacancy for a Web Support Technician with Dutch or Danish Language skills to join their successful and ever-growing team.
Working as part of the multi-lingual lingual European Helpdesk team you will provide high-level customer service, technical support and troubleshooting to maintain strong business relationships with customers. Your main responsibility is to ensure client issues are seen through to resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLA's). This is a target driven role where departmental and individual targets must be met.
You must be fluent in Dutch or Danish well as English and ideally have experience of working in a customer focus role. You will have excellent communication skills as well as experience within a Web Support role. However this is not essential and candidates will be considered should you display an aptitude to perform the role.
This would suit a candidate who possesses a keen interest in technical and IT led roles. If you have the language skills and an IT degree, then we also want to hear from you.
