If so, my client based in St Albans are seeking an Ecommerce Administrator to join their dynamic and fast paced company. This is an excellent opportunity if you have any understanding or have worked within an Ecommerce role dealing with Amazon online processes.
You will need to be highly organised, strong minded and able to communicate at all levels. You will be a decision maker to meet targets daily and weekly, so a fast and accurate approach is essential. You will be highly skilled in MS Excel as you will be delivering reports and be confident using MS Word, database systems and Outlook.
Taking ownership and creating all Amazon listings.
Analyse sales data, so recommendations can be given to the buying team.
To work with the Ecommerce Supervisor to ensure the Ecommerce strategy is carried out and improvements made when needed.
Customer Specific Requirements - Amazon.
Drive the Amazon targets and sales for the company.
Analyse the sales data and forecast sales projections and stock turn.
List all Items, ensuring all key words are correct. Understand SEO and how this can improve sales.
Price check all items to ensure company margins are met.
Research competitor activity and how this is affecting the company sales. How this can be changed.
Create and recommend product promotions to increase sales.
Ensure all Sales orders are raised on the system correctly.
Ensure all PO`s are linked to sales orders.
Send out Daily Top Selling lines, with recommendations of rebuys needed or price changes.
Check all shipment dates are correct and in agreement with the company`s timelines and targets.
Arrange all stock to be delivered into Amazon.
Communicate daily with their 3rd party warehouse.
The salary is £24k-£25k and the hours are 9.00am-5.30pm with a 5pm finish on a Friday, 20 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday, full In-house training given, company pension and on-site parking.
