Working at the client`s head office in the South Liverpool area, you will be required to provide support predominantly on the management of both the Amazon Vendor & Seller platforms - plus other marketplace platforms in the future. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your digital account management skills and would suit an individual who enjoys responsibility, has a strong personality and drive to achieve results.

A competitive basic salary that ranges between £19,000-£20,000 per annum (dependant on experience).
Working hours of 0800-1700 on a Mon-Fri basis on a hybrid model.

Day to day duties in the role include:
o Taking full ownership of SKU optimisation and product page content management; working internally and with agencies
o Actioning new product uploads for new season range launches
o Liaising with the marketing team to ensure all assets are ready for launch
o Working with the marketing team to align goals and maximise sales
o Management of branded stores & content
o Weekly internal sales reporting
o Creating and implementing promotional calendars to drive sales at key periods
o Having a proactive approach to inventory planning and trend analysis, liaising with relevant departments to ensure order fulfil rate targets are being met
o Ownership and management of tasks via marketplace platforms
o Monitor levels of chargebacks, implementing strategies and offering support to reduce occurrences
o Support on marketplace ads to maximise sales potential and ROI
o To utilise all analytics tools available to maximize growth opportunities both in existing ranges and new products through in depth analysis
o To support in building relationships to ensure all account related activity runs smoothly
o Ad hoc projects and tasks within the company
o To maintain high levels of awareness of market and competitor activity, customer trends and provide feedback to relevant team members
o Actively invest time into learning and developing your Amazon & marketplace skills through webinars, podcasts, forums and more. Marketplaces are always evolving, it will be your responsibility to understand changes and maximise potential.

Good knowledge and understanding of marketplaces
2 years+ experience within an Ecommerce Role
Have good working knowledge of word, excel and powerpoint
