Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced ELearning Support to join their team. This role offers remote working and a 35hr working week , 38 days holiday and excellent benefitss including Hybrid working.

To convert and upload learning materials to the LMS; support and track learners towards timely completion of the Early Career Framework and National Professional Qualifications online learning journey through our Learning Management System, from initial registration through to completion and respond to any queries from end users or Delivery Partners.

Ensure all learning materials are converted and uploaded accurately to the LMS ahead of training start dates.

Coordinate the day-to-day running of the VLE and web resources responding to any operational issues and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.

Coordinate the day-to-day administrative requirements of the VLE platform including generating reports & usage, administering learning communities and responding to queries and requests in a timely manner.

Act as the first point of contact for participants across the ECF and NPQs programmes, developing positive relationships with them to help them stay on track and complete their training.

Maintain excellent relationships with all relevant stakeholders to support programme delivery and practitioner engagement, achievement and progression through clear, effective and timely communications.

Report regularly on the progress of practitioners and, where relevant, prepare progress reports, data, statistics and action plans to support programme management and evaluation.

Provide early identification of learners at risk of non-completion and ensure appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner.

Run reports related to programme metrics such as eligibility, participation, and feedback to support reporting to the DfE.

Support the development and distribution of marketing materials to support recruitment.

Support the research, sourcing and collation of data relating to ECF/NPQs progress.

Liaise with the rest of the programme team on training content and materials in order to be able to offer advice and guidance to practitioners.

Able to use all programme tools, platforms and processes to support the smooth running of the programme.

Undertake any other duties and support to the team as directed by the Programme Delivery Manager.
