Job Description

Due to continued growth Brook Street are excited to be recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for one of our manufacturing clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing business offering a highly competitive salary.

The Role:
- Carry out all maintenance tasks and PPM as scheduled to a satisfactory standard.
-To control and record any site safety issues, reporting them to the relevant Departmental Heads.
-Liaise with Production and Maintenance Co-ordinators to ensure that preventative maintenance is carried out in a timely and safe manner.
-Play an active role in any continuous improvement teams ensuring that technological advancement is embraced.
-Ensure servicing and maintenance cause as little disruption to production as possible.
-Troubleshoot & carry out diagnostic and fault finding of equipment and follow up relevant reports.


The Candidate:
- Experience of service, maintenance, fault finding & repair
-Will have experience working in a manufacturing environment
-Will be electrical bias but have both electrical and mechanical engineering experience
-Experience on control panels is desirable


Hours: 4 on 4 off (days and nights)
Salary: £30,000- £35,000 (DOE & negotiable for the right candidate)
