Job Description

Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Paying up to £38,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm
Occasional weekend/overtime/call out work
Parking on site
Immediate start required - w/c 1st March

This is a multi-skilled position where you will be solely responsible for ensuring all general electric and maintenance work is completed correctly and efficiently in a fast-paced production and dispatch business.

The company are based a short drive from Southam and Long Itchington where they have seen growth across the past few years.

General duties
Completion of electrical installation work
Attend to faults/breakdowns on various items of plant & machinery and conveyor systems
Complete fault finding exercises on associated electrical and pneumatic systems
Carry out planned maintenance tasks
Be involved in upgrades and projects regarding electrics and maintenance on site
Keep an updated recorded of all tasks completed

Required skill set
Have a recognised electrical engineering qualification along with a 17th/18th Edition Electrical Installation qualification
Experience working in a multi skilled electrical and maintenance position
Good recorded keeping practices
Excellent time management skills able to prioritise your own work load
Good understanding of H&S practices
Excellent communication skills

Previous experience working in a dispatch or production environment within a similar position is desirable and knowledge of working in a food production environment in similar position is highly advantageous.

All relevant tools, equipment and uniform will be provided to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.

Due to the location, you will be required to have access to your own car as there is very limited public transport available.
