Operation Hours are 24/7 so shift work will be required

I have an opportunity with my client for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading provider in their industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their global / manufacturing company in Cambridgeshire.
You will be reporting to the Production Manager the successful candidate will need to have a growing mindset and a focus on health and safety.
The skills required for this role are;
" Health and Safety conscious.
" Industry recognised completed apprenticeship.
" 18th Edition Electrical qualification or Equivalent.
" Ensuring that all Electrical installations adhere to the Safe Working Procedures, Instructions, and legal & best practice requirements.
" NVQ Level 3, or City & Guilds in Mechanical/Electrical disciplines.
" Previous manufacturing experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
" Ability to fault find and report on electrical and mechanical issues.
" Attending breakdowns taking appropriate action to return plant to production in a timely manner.
" Demonstrable experience of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
" Working to and improving planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programs including building maintenance and working with outside service providers
" Keeping clear, complete and appropriate records of all work carried out.
" Working closely with machine operators and supervisors to understand equipment to identify and fix potential problems.
