Brook Street Recruitment are working with a market leading electronics company based in Cardiff.
Must have a degree in Electronic Engineering.


Job Description:

Precision soldering and production of electronic parts and sub assemblies
Mechanical assembly of steering devices and keypads
Testing of sub-assemblies and parts using electronic test equipment such as scopes and DVM's
Final assembly of systems
Perform calibration, final test and documentation and packing of products.
Repair of electronic systems to component level
Use drawings, schematics, electronic assembly equipment and verbal/written instructions to assemble, modify, rework or re-assemble units.
Carry out task that are repetitive in nature with the ability to recognise non-conformity.

Ideal candidate will have:

Degree or higher qualification in Electronic Engineering. Either a recent Electronic Graduate or an experienced Technician
Surface mount soldering experience with knowledge of analogue and digital circuits
Own transport is essential (due to the location is not convenient to a bus route).
