We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic member of our production team in a growing electronics engineering company.

Based in a rural setting in Matfield, near Paddock Wood, the starting salary for the Production Operative role will be in the range of £16,000 to £19,000 depending on experience, hours are 37.5 per week.

In addition, they offer flexitime, occasional paid overtime, 20 days holiday, increasing by 1 day per year up to 25 days, plus bank holidays; a company pension scheme; free car parking; and the potential to join the staff share scheme at a later date.

Experience in a technical role is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
