Production / Embroidery Machine Operative (Twilight Shift) - £19,500 Basic

£350 bonus per quarter depending on company's sales targets

Brook Street is pleased to be working with a market leading specialist in the provision of Workwear & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to multiple industries across the UK.

Our client is looking for Production / Embroidery Machine Operatives (Twilight Shift) to work within their busy branding department on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the embroidery machines run smoothly, using the computer monitors to programme and start the logo embroidery instructions, replacing the threads, problem-solving and of course operating the Embroidery machines. You will need a high degree of concentration, attention to detail and you will possess the ability to use of your initiative to think through a problem. Our client needs you to be hardworking, loyal and work well as a team member.

The Embroidery Machine Operatives will work 1.15pm to 10.15pm Monday to Thursday, 1.15pm to 8pm on Fridays (with 45 mins for lunch and a further 15 min break during the day).

Ideally you will possess the below experience and skills:

• Hard working, ideally with previous production or machinery experience
• Dedicated, flexible and adaptable
• Good IT Skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Experience working within a fast moving environment.
• Full compliance with Quality, Health and Safety at Work at all times.

In return you will receive a very competitive salary of £19,500k, as well as a quarterly bonus of £350 which is dependent on the company hitting their sales target as a whole for each quarter. In addition you will be given:

This would suit someone who has worked previously in a warehouse environment with machinery or production experience, who has strong IT skills, an excellent work ethic, great communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to think through a problem.
