Job Description

Salary : £19,000 - £20,000 per annum + fantastic company benefits including discounted travel insurance; private medical insurance; childcare vouchers; 22 days holiday entitlement (to start with); plus regular company events and parties.

You will be working a minimum of 40 hours per week on a 3 week rota, 8 hours per day between 8am-8pm including weekends and bank holidays.

This position will be working within a specialist division that provide medical emergency, repatriation services and support to customers worldwide who have suffered injury, sickness or death whilst abroad.

You will have experience in a call centre or with strong customer service/telephone experience ideally within a medical assistance role although not essential and also desirable but not essential you will be fluent in at least one European language (preferably Greek, Portuguese, French or German, Spanish), Turkish or Arabic. It is essential that you have strong keyboard skills, both speed and accuracy and be able to remain calm under pressure.
