A great opportunity has arisen for an Emergency Department Receptionist based in Lisburn

Our client has advised us that this role is Monday to Thursday (30 hours) mornings and evenings will need covered from 0745 to 2000hrs. The successful candidate will be expected to work bank holidays. Candidate will need to be flexible to help cover leave and sickness. Length of contract is unknown.

In your new role, you will act as first point of contact between patients, relatives and medical and nursing staff. Effectively communicate with patients, ambulance staff; medical and nursing staff in the delivery of high quality, timely, safe and effective care. Provide a high level of clerical/administrative support to multi-disciplinary team both within their own team and to outside agencies, e.g. social services, mental health services and assist all patients whilst being treated in accordance with departmental guidelines

You are a good fit for this role, if you are a confident user in Excel and Word, ability to work as part of a team, effective communication skills to meet the needs of the post in full, and, and 1 years` experience in a public facing admin and clerical role

Our client has confirmed that you will be required to hold 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent, or, 2 years` experience in a public facing admin and clerical role

You will be paid an hourly rate of £9.21 per hour, you can be paid higher rates of pay for working outside normal business hours ( if required).
