My client, the second largest online investor is looking for an Employee Experience, Inclusion & Diversity Officer on an FTC for 12 months.

This role is ideal for an individual that is looking for project work on employee engagement, diversity & company strategy.

This is a brand-new role, supporting the HR team and you will be a specialist in Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion. You will need to be experienced in creating, implementing and driving an employee engagement survey, extracting data and providing reports to stake holders. You will operate as a trusted consultant and business partner, seeking continuous business improvement and networking to support.

Salary - £31,000 - £47,500 based on exp
