Brook Street are proud to be supporting a top legal firm in the centre of Newcastle with their recruitment.

My client are looking for a Legal Secretary to work mainly in the Employment department for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, full-time. You may also be required to assist in the busy corporate department, too.

The main duties include all aspects of secretarial support, including the following:

• providing efficient and effective support to Partners / Fee Earners
• typing and using a case management system to produce documents including letters, forms etc
• liaising directly with clients and other professionals; making appointments and managing diaries
• assisting with post, photocopying, scanning, filing and file management
• undertaking administrative tasks including document sorting, paying disbursements and collating information
