We are currently working with an outstanding full-service law firm based in Surrey seeking an Employment Law Solicitor to join their busy and very successful Employment Department.

Salary: Negotiable based
Hours: 9-5:30pm
The purpose of the Employment Solicitor is to support the development of the Employment Department increasing a corporate client base advising on both contentious & non-contentious employment matters.
To be considered for the role, you must have :
-Previous background in working in a busy employment department
-NQ-5yrs PQE
-Track record of developing new client relationships
Key responsibilities include:
-Drafting contracts , agreements policies & procedures
-Tribunal case preparations , providing representation at hearings
- Advising on employment issues connected with mergers & acquisitions
- Effect of TUPE
