Job Description

My client is a long-established apprenticeships provider who is looking for an end-point assessment (EPA) Coordinator to join their ever-growing team.

You'll be the EPA specialist who will provide support to the training network, working closely and being a key support for colleagues, clients and students for any EPA related queries. You will be a professional person who is easy to work with people of all levels, that can be flexible to work around changing business needs and ultimately a team player.

Key responsibilities
o Responsibility for administering end-point assessment (EPA) for all students on an apprenticeship standard
o Main point of contact for external end-point assessment organisations (EPAOs) and colleagues within the team
o Build and maintain relationships with a variety of EPAOs
o Co-ordinate the key pieces of EPA-relevant information through the learning journey from start to end
o Record and maintain all key pieces of EPA-relevant information on internal and external systems
o Register students with end point assessment organisations and manage bookings for interviews, discussions, presentations and exams
o Co-ordinate the student and employer experience through EPA
o Maintain up to date process guides for each EPAO in line with regulations and ESFA funding rules.

This role is suitable for someone who is well organised individual who can communicate easily with colleagues, students and external clients of all levels. You will have strong administration experience and is happy to work at their own initiative

Ideally you will be someone who has an understanding of apprenticeships and end point assessment process but this is not essential as training will be given.

An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is a requirement of all roles as you may include sole supervision of young people or vulnerable adults
