Job Description

I am recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive to join an Energy company based in Leicester.
They are offering a basic salary of £20000-£24000 depending on experience and the opportunity to earn commission.

This is an ideal role for somebody who is looking for a new role and has previous sales skills, and who is dedicated to sales and earning uncapped commission.

The role
You will be responsible for making outbound calls and engaging with prospective businesses, gaining key information on renewals. You will need to be committed to gaining strong understandings of client`s specific needs and also be responsible for self-development.

Working for a national business, with over 120 years of industry experience and knowledge. This company is rapidly growing and has presence and offices across the UK. Working within the consultancy team offering bespoke energy contracts


Daily Job Duties
- Showing commitment to each client and their understanding their individual needs in order to offer the best solution.
- Responsible for engaging with prospect businesses
- Responsible for capturing key information from customers
- Expected to manage own workloads in order to meet and exceed monthly KPI`s
- Gather information from other competitors to use to enhance negotiation skills

Package
- £2000 - £24000 basic salary
- Commission structure (uncapped)
- Monday- Friday 37.5 hour week- NO WEEKEND WORK
- Free onsite parking
