Our client located in Waltham Cross are you looking for an Engagement Officer, this is for a fasting growing business within fresh produce sector.
This is a vital and exciting role, whereby you will work on delivering strategies to support retention, communication, and employee engagement objectives.
Your duties include: support the team and company with delivering a high quality communication such as retention, performance, rewards. To design and facilitation for a wide range of projects, activities and initiatives that impact employee engagement including forums, committees, employee briefings, management meetings. Identify and implement continuous improvements to deliver new and innovative ways to engage, empower, reward, recognise, communicate, and evaluate activity making suggestions for improvements.
Guide, coach, and influence managers to own engagement, communication and adopt leadership practices that supports the agreed people objectives within the warehouse and Establish benchmarks and targets against which future improvements can be made and measured.
To be considered for the position: You need to have 2 years' experience within Engagement Officer, ER Specialist, Learning and Development Specialist or similar, with direct experience of supporting employee engagement initiatives. Good level of communication and IT skills.
Your package: competitive salary depending on experience of up to £35,000 per annum, private health care plan, holiday allowance increasing over time etc, car parking onsite and progression within the company.
