Amazing opportunity!!!!

Calling all engineer schedulers I am looking for someone who has a strong background in scheduling in a fast paced and varied environment paying 20k-25k

Your duties will be:

Arranging collections for equipment
Allocating job numbers
Entering customer equipment details onto database
Quoting customers for repairs and sometimes calibrations
Liaising with sub contractors regarding outsourced calibration/repairs
Organising the sending and collecting of outsourced calibrations/repairs
Updating customers if prices are different for outsourced calibrations/repairs
Answering calls and emails
Processing paperwork
Analysing the daily outstanding job list report and contacting customers were necessary
Checking suppler invoices for outsourced calibrations/repairs


The ideal person will have:
Background in scheduling
Be confident
Organised
be able to prioritise jobs
Able to work under pressure
