Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to work for a government client based in Corsham.

Main duties include:
-Maintenance of the team resource spreadsheets and organisation structure
-Participation in engineering planning work to understand and inform resource availability assumptions, and to update resource demands so
-Liaison with the engineering planners and project manager to ensure resource changes are aligned to the required skill sets and timescales
-Liaison with Programme Resource Leads to communicate resource forecasts and expedite demands
-Coordination of available facilities, office space and meeting rooms for the engineering team
-Attendance at weekly meetings with Engineering Project Manager to inform on current status

Skills and experience required:
-Solid experience of a similar role on other IT projects
-Good communication skills
-Attention to detail
-Be comfortable reporting on current status of their activities to Senior Engineering Management.

This is a full time position working Monday-Friday 0900-1700.

Rate of pay is £13.70 per hour.

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 20/08/2022.
