Job Role: Engineering/Warehouse Operative
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.30 am - 4:00pm & Friday 7.30am -12.30pm
Rate: £10.00 Per Hour.
Location - Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
Duration - 12 Weeks (Temp to Perm opportunity).

Number of candidates required: Multiple.


Main Duties:

" Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are always adhered to for self and others.
" Ensuring processed parts conform to drawing.
" Ensuring parts are processed in the allowed time.
" Ensuring all documentation is accurate.
" Supporting the area in carrying out alternative tasks as required.
" Supporting other team-members as required.
" Achieving Production / Arrears / Quality / Efficiency targets as identified by Production Management.


Essential Experience/Qualities:

o Dependable, responsible contributor who's committed to excellence and success
o Good interpersonal skills, (team-worker)
o Prepared to follow procedures
o Eye for detail
o Target orientated
o Diligent

Desirable Experience/Qualities:

o NVQ in Engineering manufacture or equivalent / Advanced Modern Apprenticeship
o Previous experience of working in an engineering environment.
