Job Description

My client is an Industrial Supplier based in the Mytholmroyd area, and they are looking for an Engineering Team Leader

Salary is £27-30k DOE Working hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday

Duties include:
Allocate and organise engineer workloads
Review engineering resources, skills and required tools
Ensure correctly trained/ skilled engineering resources are allocated to correct tasks
Following job completion ensure all actions are taken to generate invoices
Manage HR records
Cross Functional team working
Resolve and close customer complaints

Personal Spec
Minimum 3 years experience managing large teams
People management skills
Strong organisational skills
Natural communicator at all levels
Geographical knowledge
Health and Safety and quality standard awareness
