Job Role - Customer Service Supervisor.
Location - Derby.
Hours - 37-40 hours per week (overtime available).
Rate - £11.00 per hour.

Duration - 6 moths (possible extension)

Duties and Responsibilities:

" On-boarding and training new employees
" Overseeing the enquiries team
" Reporting SLAs to the Manager
" Updating business processes and policies

Skills required:

" Ability to work well under severe pressure and to handle criticism well
" Self-motivation to use their initiative and to innovate, when required
" Strong report-writing and presentation skills, together with familiarity with popular software packages such as Microsoft
