Job Description

Do you have over one years experience in an outbound call focused role? Are you looking for a new challenge?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client`s head office in the Wirral area, you will be a candidate that will be able to build rapport with decision makers and able to pick up on particular buying signals as part of your role.

You can look forward to working with a company that are a market leader in B2B lead generation, appointment setting and continue to expand in their 12th year of trading.

Benefits for this role include:

A competitive basic salary ranging between £17,000 - £18,000 per annum (this is dependant on experience)

A strong commission structure that should, on average, give you an additional £400 per month and once grown into the role, up to £1000 per month in bonuses (based on performance).

Free on site car parking facilities - The nearest train station is a good distance walk so having your own vehicle is recommended.

Day to day duties in this role will include:

Making outbound calls to a number of industrial and construction professionals.

Recording accurate and detailed call notes using the company`s bespoke system.

Working towards particular set KPI and additional targets.

Understanding and managing your own personal performance on a daily basis.

Communicating effectively to the company`s clients key features and benefits via both telephone and e-mail.

In order to apply and be successful in this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

Excellent communications skills - both verbally and written.

Over a years outbound calling experience.

Strong and efficient telephone manner.

Results driven with a clear "can do" attitude.

It would also be desirable for the right candidate to have good investigating skills, the ability to resolve problems and hold a flexible approach to meeting the demands of the business.
