Our client is a Corporate IT business based at Thames Valley Park, Reading

One of Europe's leading independent IT Infrastructure providers

We are seeking an experienced Customer Account Executive to join a busy and expanding team based in Reading.

You will have experience ideally with Sales within the IT sector. ability to converse with Senior level customer contacts and to identify and up-sell opportunities across products and services.

Excellent customer care skills with the ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.

Our client is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services.

The Inside Sales manage and deliver product and supply chain engagements for our customers across the Group. With a team of circa 500 people across Germany, UK, France and Belgium, we transact over 750,000 orders per annum. Our remit is broad and covers business take on, in life quote, order management and margin control as well as post sales billing management

Role Responsibility

This is a dynamic environment in which colleagues are supportive and managers inspiring. Part of an Inside Sales team for a portfolio of prestigious customers, you'll have all the tools, information and resources available to do your role as a Customer Executive and to be successful.

Accountabilities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Manage customer liaison to transact basic solution sales to maximise profit

Closes standard transactions and looks for opportunities to maximise profitability.

Identify customer queries and resolve to enhance customer satisfaction and relationship

Accountability for all operational transactions to ensure ownership of customer Act in accordance with Company Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.

Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and internal stakeholders

Experience in building effective relationships and Team working

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Financial awareness

Knowledge of basic Services and Solutions

Ability to resolve customer queries and spot opportunities to up sell

Ability to understand and utilise a number of IT systems for the benefit of the customer and Company, SAP knowledge desirable however not mandatory
