Job Description
Our client is a very high profile Charity and they are currently recruiting for an Enterprise Risk Manager covering the UK and Ireland offices but based in their London head office
At the moment all employees are working remotely and they are very open minded in offering a mixture of home and office working in the long-term
They need an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to manage the Risk Management agenda.
You will be the organisations Risk Management and Business Continuity expert and will be responsible for developing all systems and processes
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the risk management framework is built into the framework of the company
Your main responsibilities will be to :
- Take the lead on the enterprise risk management agenda, working with senior colleagues across the organisation to ensure that the board fulfils the statutory governance requirement to identify, assess, manage and mitigate the major risks facing the charity.
- Take the lead on business continuity and resilience to ensure that the organisation has suitable and tested disaster recovery and business continuity plans in place and in the event of operational disruption, manage and chair the silver tactical level team, potentially for sustained periods, supporting leadership level strategic gold command.
- Work closely with the chair of the board Risk Management Committee, leading and managing agendas, identifying, assessing and reporting Key Risks so that governance attention is focused on issues that will have the maximum impact on mission outcomes.
- Drive a culture of performance data reporting, KRIs and KPIs linking management of risk with organisational outcomes. Analyse, validate and present management information to ensure that the Risk Management Committee and boards have accurate and timely quantitative data on which to base decisions.
