Job Description

Job Title: Entrepreneurial Solutions- Quality & Compliance Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am -5:30pm, permanent contract

Location: Ashton-On-Ribble, Preston, Lancashire

Salary: 18,000 pa

Key Responsibilities :

-Ensure appropriate and sufficient forms of quality assurance are implemented to a high standard.

-Guided by the Project Managers, co-ordinate and oversee the quality process.

-Ensure that data managed by Entrepreneurial Solutions accurate and maintain quality standards defined by the Project Managers.

-Complete internal audits to ensure quality standards are being maintained throughout the project life cycle.

-To ensure up to date knowledge of policies and procedures through continuous professional and personal development

-Receive new referrals and assign to relevant advisor

-Process eligibility and due diligence checks, obtain CRM approval and advise relevant advisor

-Work with senior administrator to produce relevant CRM reports as requested by project manager.

-Provide assistance with compiling documentation and reports required for monthly claim process.

-Management of standard forms to ensure that all paperwork associated with the programmes are being applied correctly, collected efficiently and saved effectively on the CRM system.

-Escalate any compliance issues to the relevant project manager

-Administration support for event organisation and attendance as needed to support the wider team

-Input and maintenance of project & company CRM databases

-Admin and monitoring support on a number of internal projects & management processes (including ISO 9001 & Commitment to Equality)

-Requirement for training to be undertaken to become an ISO 9001 Internal

-Auditing assistant

-Greeting & directing visitors and answering telephone calls

-Typing/processing of documents and presentations using Word, Excel and


-Provide and any other adhoc admin duties to ensure the smooth running of the office admin function

The Ideal Candidate needs to have:

-Experience of using a CRM/Database would be advantageous although not essential.

-An ability to balance creative thinking with co-ordination and high-quality administration skills

-Excellent organisational and time management skills, including a well-developed attention to detail and accuracy is essential

-Strong communication skills both verbal and written, along with an excellent telephone manner

-Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and good typing qualifications advantageous

-Excel skills to a good level are required ideally within an Apple Mac environment

-Ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams to be able to balance workloads and priorities on both client & internal project requirements

-All training will be given internally - an ability to learn quickly and absorb multiple levels & requirements will be a great advantage

-The ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision and thrive both on own initiative and as part of a team

-An ability to balance creative thinking with co-ordination and high-quality administration skills

-Experience of working in a performance and results driven organisation.

-A willingness to travel within the North West (an advantage)
