Job Description

Nature of the work:

" Strong organisational skills
" Ability to work at pace
" Ability to multi-task
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of the use of different channels and formats for different audiences
" Ability to manage own time and priorities effectively
" Good organisational skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective administrative processes
" A high attention to detail
" Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Role and Key deliverables:
" Manage the IPAS mailbox
" Oversee the work tracker
" SharePoint lead
" Coordinate governance and reporting requirements
" Meeting minutes
" Support with the teams travel and accommodation
" Any additional administrative, coordination and logistics requirements


You will be working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. Hybrid working: 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. The pay rate is £14.84 per hour.
This is a short term position for a minimum of 1 month. Prior to commencement, ALL temporary workers must be vetted to SC level.
For the clearance you must have a valid passport and have resided in the UK for the last 5 years.
