Job Description

Our client based in the Rumney area of Cardiff due to internal promotion is looking to recruit a permanent EPOS Technician.

The purpose of the role is to support the technical requirement for processing EPOS and IT hardware in line with customer demand.

Duties include:

Carry out EPOS/IT hardware filtering
Carry out basic testing of EPOS/IT hardware
Support the sales function with identifying EPOS/IT hardware specifications.
Support the warehouse team with technical experience.

You will need to have experience of repairing PC and peripheral hardware.
Basic PC Technical Skills - both hardware and software
Competent computer user to be able to enter work in a database, use basic spreadsheets and communicate via email.
