BROOK STREET delighted to be supporting a national growing company who are based locally in Gateshead. Providing a shared service delivering to a wide variety of public and private sector buildings.

Due to their continued growth my clients are searching for an experience ER Advisor to join their team.

" This role is permanent, full time based on 37.5 hours per week from Monday - Friday
" Free on site parking
" £30.000 salary
" Immediate Interview

With your experience and ability of dealing with a high case load of at least 30 files some of the duties you will be responsible for will be:

" HR policy and procedure interpretation
" Employment legislation
" TUPE in/out detailed managements
" T&C`s of employment
" Grievance
" Recruitment and Selection
" Absence management
" H&S and welfare

You will have the appropriate level of generalist HR/ER experience gained within a fast- moving environment, able to respond under pressure to fluctuating circumstances and able to handle high volume ER cases in a fast- paced environment.
