ESR Project Lead - NHS Band 6

We are currently recruiting for an experienced ESR Project Lead with previous NHS experience to start a temporary role immediately. The post holder will lead on the project delivery and work closely alongside the ESR Workforce & Payroll Manager and Workforce team.

Location: Working from Home / Thurrock

Temporary: Until March 2022

Band: 6

Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri

Salary: £15.05 per hour rising to £16.84 after 12 weeks / plus holiday

Key Skills:
" Extensive knowledge and experience of operating ESR within a large complex organisation.
" Experience of working in a large organisation with complex organisational structures.
" Experience and knowledge of ESR Self Service and Establishment Control processes.
" Experience and knowledge of ESR and interdependent workforce systems.
" Successful delivery of workforce systems related projects and delivering work to deadlines in a busy and demanding work environment
" Advanced level keyboard skills to ensure highest levels of accuracy always
" Understanding of data flows between workforce systems.
" Information Governance & GDPR

General duties:
" Leads on implementation of Establishment Control
" Leads on implementation of Manager and Supervisor Self Service
" Liaises with ESR central team and users as required.
" Undertake / complete work requirements to the required standards and within deadlines.
" Engages and effectively communicates with Divisions for programme rollout planning and implementation.
" Manages implementation compliance with Trust policies and procedures in relation to data quality, integrity, security management, and GDPR.
" Works autonomously, identifying areas of risk and resolving wherever possible, escalating when required.
" Supports development of new processes, guidance, forms, etc.
" Facilitates effective improvement plans via researching, benchmarking, testing and assessing / reviewing.
" Provides ESR training in relation to ESR, self-service and budgeted establishment, as required
" Contributes to operational management of ESR
