Title - Estate Agent

Location - Based in West Hull

Salary - £19,000 basic plus a fantastic uncapped bonus scheme.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing and respected family run Estate Agents based in West Hull. Operating in the East Yorkshire area my client offers a range of property services from Property sales to lettings and more. My client has a fantastic work ethic and a real passion for the industry that shows in their team and office environment.

The Role

As an Estate Agent you will be responsible for the lettings and sale of properties across Hull and East Yorkshire.

Your duties will include -

• Marketing of properties and handling of all enquires along with setting up and conducting viewings.
• Keeping vendors updated throughout the letting and sales process.
• Negotiating offers for Let / sale.
• Deliver great customer service every day.
• Administration duties

What the client is looking for

• Experience in an Estate Agency position Past or Present.
• Have strong industry knowledge.
• Be passionate about the property industry with a clear desire to succeed.
• A driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
• Be flexible to work around clients (Some weekend work)

What's in it for you?

• £19,000 basic plus uncapped commission
• Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. (Some Saturday work on a rota basis)
