Job Title: Sales Agent / Lettings Negotiator

Location: Headington, Oxford

We are currently working with a well-respected local Estate Agent in Headington, Oxford. This business has been open in Oxford for nearly 25 years so have a well know reputation and experience in the industry.

This is working on a temporary contract on an ongoing basis but for a minimum of 4 weeks, for the right candidate this could very much turn into something more long term. Working hours will be based on a 9am to 5:30pm/6pm working day. Main shifts will be Monday to Friday with a Saturday requested on occasion.

General tasks will include supporting the branch manager with day to day running of the branch. Calling relevant clients/customers daily to discuss their housing situations. Greeting customers coming into the branch and supporting where needed. Using the internal CRM systems for data entry and update management for each customer.

Pay Rate: £10.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)
