Job Description

Job Title: Estates Administrator - Help desk
Hours: 37.5
Location: Cheltenham

Our client is a further education organisation based in Cheltenham who looking for someone to join their busy team within their property department.

If you`re organised, have a keen eye for detail and a background within Reception or Admin then this could be the ideal role for you. You will be assisting with a busy Help desk, answering customer queries and scheduling maintenance work as requested. Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous as you will be completing reports and spreadsheets within this role as well as collating information gained from surveys.

This position is long term temporary until October 19.

Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 with an early finish on a Friday; pay is £8.21 per hour for the first 12 weeks. Benefits include canteen facilities, onsite parking and discounts for public transport.
