As the Estates and Development Manager you will have a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, all of which will revolve around the following points;
"Lead the delivery of professional estate management in relation the client's property interests.
"Design and lead the portfolio plans in conjunction with client departments.
"Guiding the delivery of the client's new build development programme.
"Manage and motivate the estate management and development teams.
The chosen candidate will be required to have the following;
"Previous experience working in a property management role
"Experience in interpreting, advising and implementing such company procedures in a consistent manner.
"The verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group and internal staff
"The written communication and numerical skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports.
"Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel skills
"Make responsible decisions on behalf of the company and in doing so ensure that the best process is in place to achieve the best possible outcome
