Brook Street has an excellent opportunity for an Estates Officer to join a fantastic organisation on a permanent basis.

Duties:
- Point of contact for all accommodation issues ensuring the effective management of the building
- Lead and procure all Estates and Compliance stock items to maintain and Audit stock levels
- Coordinate and control the Estates Compliance Dashboard
- Assist the Estates and Compliance manager on a daily basis, providing administrative management assistance
You will need:
- Experience of maintaining comprehensive spreadsheets containing complex data
- Building Management experience relating to Statutory and Mandatory requirements
