Job Description

This is a niche firm of Chartered Surveyors providing specialist property advice to landlords and property owners. They are now looking for an Estates Surveyor, someone who who would generally manage rent, agreements, negotiate terms for agreements and understand the wider terms of the Landlord and Tenant Act

The role will be to carry out rent reviews, property inspections, valuations under new code principles and general client management including checking risk assessments and method statements. The role is fairly wide in its requirement. Knowledge of telecoms leases is preferred but training will be provided. You will have a solid understanding of the landlord and tenant matters and be either be a member of the RICS or on a path way towards qualification.
