Job Description

Our client is looking to strengthen their Surveying Team and is now looking for a Chartered or Non Chartered Estates Surveyor in the Midlands Area.

The Position:
Service building surveying contracts in the Northwest
Meet with clients, advising and helping to develop the existing business
Manage projects and a team of Surveyors

You will thrive as part of an enthusiastic, target driven team of professionals
You will have a continuous stream of projects, working with property clients, other senior professionals and construction contractors
Your role will be client-facing, advising clients in person and helping to develop the existing business

What you will need:

You should be a highly motivated self-starter with hands on construction management, professional and contract administration services
Ability to think independently, creatively, and critically
Understanding of financial concepts and ability to relay information to the landlords to educate and advise
Ability to effectively manage a growing team
Experience with building pathology, dilapidations and refurbishment schemes Chartered Building Surveyor
Training on communications infrastructure will be provided
