The posts will be a mixture of home, office and site based taking into account employee preferences. The business will consider candidates at the start of their Career or experienced Assistant Estate or Estate Surveyors looking for a new challenge.

Main Responsibilities:
" Supporting a varied professional case load of property related matters, both as a landlord and tenant.
" Supporting varied acquisitions for new builds and disposal projects
" Preparation of internal monitoring reports for performance.
" Supporting the upkeep of the property management data base.
" Update and communication relevant parties involved in the projects

About you:
" You`ll be a team player and strategic thinker, keeping close control of costs and building sustainable relationships to drive customer satisfaction aligned to our client`s strategic asset management plan.
" You`ll be MRICS qualified with Estate Management or working towards obtaining final assessment and hold a full UK driving license.
" You will ideally hold a degree in property management other relevant qualification
