Job Description

We are currently working with a multi award winning Construction Company who are recruiting for a Commercial Estimator due to a growth within their business

The successful candidate will have previous contractor experience for projects up to 1 million and extensive knowledge of the Construction industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:
" Handling multiple refurbishment and new build projects, utilising specialist estimating software packages. Having the ability and experience to work independently to produce accurate and competitive tenders
" Full site appraisals
" Preparing sub-contract and material enquiries
" Producing bills of quantities
" Risk and value management
" Preparation of budgets, estimates and cost plans

The successful candidate must have high attention to detail, provide an innovative and proactive approach to problem solving whilst being able to plan effectively to ensure deadlines are met.

The role is full-time Monday to Friday 8 - 5 but some flexibility will be needed for some jobs along with UK travel.

Salary will be between £30k and £40K depending on experience.
