A new role as a Evening Shift Leader has become available in Harrogate. They are looking for someone that is an experienced Receptionist or Team Leader or Senior Reception you will have sufficient experience of overseeing a small team, focused on Customer care and problem solving with ease. This is a really great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within a great company!

This role of Evening Shift Team Leader will work closely with the front office team and covers Reception on evening shifts.
You will support that department in both locations and as a Shift Team Leader you will ensure Reception guests are met with a genuine welcome and that their needs are attended to throughout their stay.

You will be responsible for the daily running of the reception desk, you will need to maintain a warm and friendly manner whilst ensuring professional efficiency during busy check in/out periods. You will provide excellent customer service at all time and ensure you have exceptional knowledge to comfortable sell the hotel to the guest enquiring.

Working hours: approx 32.5 hours 4pm - 11pm with some weekend work. Overtime available.
