Events Executive - Professional Services
Location: Tunbridge Wells (3 days per week in-office, with occasional travel to other offices)
Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)

Our client, a reputable professional services firm, is hiring an enthusiastic Events Executive to join their Business Development and Marketing team. If you have experience organising B2B events-particularly webinars and online forums-and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you will be doing:
* Planning and delivering a diverse programme of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, round tables, and networking functions
* Managing all logistics: venue sourcing, catering, AV, materials, and supplier coordination
* Developing event timelines, liaising with speakers, venues, and external partners to ensure smooth execution
* Handling attendee communications, invitations, and registration processes
* Providing on-the-day support to ensure professional event delivery
* Supporting marketing efforts by creating invitations, email campaigns, and promotional content
* Supporting virtual event setup using platforms like Zoom and Teams, including rehearsals and technical support
* Gathering feedback, producing post-event reports, and analysing engagement metrics to improve future events

What you will bring:
* Proven experience organising B2B events within a professional services industry, especially webinars and online forums
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience supporting virtual/hybrid events using platforms such as Zoom or Teams
* Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools (desirable)
* A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with adaptability to changing priorities
