Exam Invigilators

Brook Street islooking for a number of Exam Invigilators to work across South Wales. There will be a number of exams running until the end of June.

No previous experience is needed as full training will be provided.

Role Overview: As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of examinations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up examination venues according to specific guidelines.
• Checking attendance and verifying candidates' identities.
• Distributing exam papers and materials accurately and securely.
• Monitoring candidates during exams to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handling any issues or disruptions that may arise with professionalism and discretion.
• Collecting and securely storing completed exam papers.
