Brook Street has a great opportunity to join an amazing establishment on a temporary basis to cover a one month exam period. Your own transport is essential as you will be expected to travel between Newport (3/4 days per week) and Usk (1/2 days per week), there is some weekend work involved on a rota basis

What will you do as Examinations/GDPR Officer?

• Provide an excellent service in relations to examination process by ensuring all learners are registered, entered, and sit their exams in line with board requirements
• Ensure up to date information from the awarding bodies is disseminated appropriately
• Support the Information Services Co-Ordinator to manage the internal and external examinations
• Ensure compliance with data protection and GDPR

What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?

• 5 GCSE's grade A*-C including Maths & English or equivalent
• Excellent IT skills including use of websites and Microsoft packages
• Experience of working in a busy office environment
• Current working knowledge of Data Protection Legislation and GDPR
• Experience of working with large databases, the ability to understand, input and amend data
