Job Description

We are looking for experienced Excel administrators and data analysts who have customer service skills for a combined role. We have temporary ongoing roles with immediate starts, working close to Bradford City Centre and on public transport routes.

Typical responsibilities include and are not limited to:

- Creating, running and sending reports
- Manipulating data on Excel using v lookups and pivot table functions
- Strong customer service skills to speak with customers over the phone
- General administrative duties including data entry, photocopying and filing

You will need to have:

- Excellent time management to work towards SLA's

- Strong customer service skills to speak with customers over the phone

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, specifically Excel

- Exceptional attention to detail to provide accurate data analysis

The hourly rate starts at £8.50 per hour, increasing to £9.89 after 12 weeks. Full-time office hours working 8:30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Strong Excel skills are essential and experience in a customer service environment is desirable. Successful candidates need to have excellent people skills and be flexible as the roles could evolve.
