Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team working within Homes England


Pay: £12.74 p/h
Location: Working from home but having to travel into hradoffice London 2-3 times a month.
Temporary ongoing role
Full-time (37 hrs pw)
Monday- Friday (9-5)

Job Description:


Act as the key point of contact and gatekeeper for Executive Directors/Directors and respond to enquiries from stakeholders where appropriate
2. Proactively manage the diary, meeting requests, external visits and speaking engagements and ensure schedules are organised and run smoothly
Undertaking inbox management and responding to straightforward queries. With oversight of the inbox, assist in the prioritisation of work where appropriate
4. Prioritise and manage incoming post/correspondence, including sensitive and confidential information for assigned senior leaders; ensuring they are dealt with appropriately and responded to in a timely fashion
5. Proactively organise cost effective travel and accommodation
6. Prepare and collate meeting documentation, including and liaising with key stakeholders to gather content, ensuring a digital version is available ahead of meetings. When required provide secretariat support at directorate level meetings
7. Coordination and research of information and relevant data to support the activities of the assigned senior leaders, including preparation of presentations as directed
Raise purchase orders and ensure timely payment of invoices and complete other financial administration where needed
Provide administrative support for people related processes. This will involve close collaboration with the relevant Team Coordinator or Business Manager. The processes include:
a. Recruitment
b. Onboarding/Induction
10. Working with the Team Coordinators to support the effective organisation of team events, including away days and team development days. provide support to corporate projects as required. Initiate and lead on processes for dedicated areas of work.
