£32-40K (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)
EXECUTORY PARALEGAL OR PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR (NQ 3 YRS PQE)

My Aberdeen based client are seeking to recruit an Executory Paralegal and/or Private Client Solicitor (3 years PQE) to work as part of the team on all Private Client transactions. Elements of the role will include Wills, Trusts, Executry Estates, Power of Attorney and Guardianship, Tax and Wealth Planning and Management.

The role is based on 35-hours per week, Monday to Friday with a 75-minute lunch break. There is also flexibility to work your hours to suit.

As businesses return to the workplace, this client wants to make clear to any interested candidates that by recruiting at this time will ensure full and ongoing employment from the point of offer - in relation to any further closures due to Covid.

The successful candidate should have a kind and understanding disposition, excellent communication skills, a good work ethic, the ability to function well under pressure and an ability to prioritise workload accordingly.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems Desirable.
