Executive Assistant to CEO
I am pleased to be recruiting for an exciting company on the outskirts of Kenilworth, they are a growing company that is focused on creating learning events around the world.
Due to the extended growth of the company they are now recruiting for a Executive Assistant to mainly support their CEO as well as other areas of the business.
This role is ideally suited to someone that has ambition to go further in a rapidly growing business.
This role is extremely exciting as you will be working on a range of projects that are critical to the future growth of the business in this constantly changing environment .
You will be organising and managing administrate tasks and duties provided by the CEO. You will be proactive, enthusiastic, possess excellent organisation skills and be technically proficient in MS Office.
Managing the CEO's administrative tasks
Managing the CEO's calendar and helping the CEO to plan and prioritise work
Liaising with other teams on behalf of the CEO with administrative tasks they need him to do
Organising meetings, internal and external
Writing letters, emails and other forms of communications to business partners, sponsors and customers. Guidance will be given on the subject matter by the CEO
Making phone calls to partners, suppliers and customers based on specific tasks
Customer support - help with the customer service we provide to customers
Maintaining and developing good filing/administrative processes for the company and help others adhere to and adopt such practices
Able to use MS Excel and produce spreadsheets for a variety of requirements e.g. organising information, budgets and tracking
Assisting with data entry, filling receipt and VAT returns
Taking meeting notes and creating an action plan for the team.
Excellent inter-personal skills, people friendly and with a service attitude
Dynamic, proactive and possess initiative
Excellent PA and administrative and organisational skills
Proficient on Microsoft Office
Quick to learn technical tools and adapt to new tools e.g. CRM and Xero (note training will be given)
Excellent grammar and general writing skills
Remain calm in stressful situations
Ability to create new processes and systems to enhance CEO's productivity
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous Executive Assistant experience (4 years minimum)
Previous experience of working in a team environment that is fast paced
Demonstrable experience of using spreadsheets to organise information
Experience of helping to develop office tasks and work flows
Technical proficiency in MS Office
Good phone manner and responsive to customers when dealing with service calls
Education level: Ideally degree educated but not essential. However, people that can demonstrate that they have made an impact in their current roles will be considered.
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
